(Anonymous, 257 days ago)I am so happy that there is a place in Rio Rancho that offers Nia classes. Its a beautiful studio with an amazing instructor, Peggy. Her light and energy is contagious and I always leave feeling completely at peace, and empowered. Nia is a relaxing - centering movement class that isn't hard on the body, but makes you SWEAT!! I'm absolutely addicted! I've taken the Yoga class and enjoyed that as well! I also had a massage and thoroughly enjoyed that experience. This is such a great facility offering a wide variety of services!! OH I even borrowed a book from their lending library! How cool is that!!! Jennifer, Connie, Susan, Peggy all the staff are just wonderful people I really enjoy being around!
