Arrival Time
Please arrive 10-minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to fill out paper work and have time to discuss your needs and goals with your therapist. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
Cancellations
Please notify Komala Therapeutic Massage of cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be charged for your missed appointment. A major credit card is required when booking your Initial Treatment.
Payment for Services
We accept all forms of payment including Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We offer a $5 discount if payment is made in cash or check.
We accept most Health Savings Account Cards and Flexible Spending Account Cards. Please ask for more information about our Corporate Wellness Program and how we can bring the great benefits of massage to your workplace.
No Refunds are given on Gift Certificates, Services, or Products but if for any reason your are unhappy with your experience please contact us and ask to speak with Sarah.
